Topics Covered will include Epidemiological study design and methodologies, Data collection and biostatistics, outbreak investigation and response, Surveillance systems and data interpretation. This course is for Epidemiologists, researchers, public health officials, and healthcare providers. The training involves Lectures, practical data analysis sessions, simulation exercises, and research projects.
Health Policy
This training will help you to develop skills to influence, design, and implement effective health policies that improve population health. We will discuss Policy analysis and health economics, Health policy formulation and advocacy, Legislative processes and regulatory frameworks, Impact assessment and policy evaluation. This training is for Policymakers, health administrators, public health advocates, and researchers. Activities will include Policy workshops, case studies, stakeholder analysis, and policy drafting exercises.
Health Systems
The goal of this training is to strengthen the capacity to manage, improve, and sustain effective health systems. Topics Covered include Health service delivery models, Healthcare financing and resource allocation, Human resources for health, Health information systems and performance monitoring. Our training methodology will involve Systems thinking approaches, management simulations, strategic planning sessions, and performance assessments. This training is targeted towards Health system managers, administrators, planners, and healthcare providers.
Biosafety,Biosecurity and Biorisk Management(BRM)
Our BRM course is a robust training that aims to ensure the safe handling of biological materials and secure laboratory environments to prevent biohazards. Participant will be trained on Risk assessment and management, Laboratory biosafety levels and containment procedures Biosecurity policies and practice, Incident response and emergency protocols. We will be having Scenario-based training, tabletop exercises, emergency drills, and global health case studies.
Logistics and Supply Chain
Supply chain managers, logisticians, procurement officers, and healthcare providers will find this 6 days training useful to Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health supply chains to ensure timely delivery of health commodities. The course will discuss the Procurement processes and best practices, Inventory management and warehousing, Distribution logistics and transportation, Supply chain optimization and performance monitoring. Our target audience include Quality managers, healthcare providers, administrative staff, and auditors. We will have Quality improvement projects, root cause analysis, compliance audits, and patient safety simulations. The QMS course is offered as a Basic, Standard and Advanced training of 2 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks respectively.
Information Management Systems
To enhance the use of information systems to support effective health service delivery and decision-making. IT professionals, health informaticians, data managers, and healthcare administrators will appreciate this 4 day course on Health informatics principles, Data management and electronic health records (EHR), Information system security and data privacy, Data analytics and decision support systems.
